Burrata is a fresh cheese made with cow's milk. It was first made at the beginning of the 20st century, in the Apulia region. Silky on the outside and creamy on the inside, Burrata boasts a richly sweet different from the usual Mozzarella. The best way to taste it? Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt!
